Let us show you a different way to play chess: Cover of Knight. With this game you can play for free online in its HTML5 version or use its Apple, Android and desktop editions.
What is Cover of Knight about?
The game is about attacking every square on the board with as few pieces as possible. To make things more challenging, we remove some squares and create different boards to play on.
There are two game modes:
- Basic: you can use as many pieces as you want, pawns can be placed on the first and last ranks, and bishops can be used freely.
- Advanced: you can only use the pieces that exist in a normal chess game, bishops must be on opposite-coloured squares, and pawns cannot be on the first or last rank.
